1. No refund or exchange of e-vouchers will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to event. postponement or cancellation subject to the event terms and conditions.
2. Entry will be refused if e-vouchers have not been purchased from Cognitix or other authorized points of sale.
3. The resale of e-vouchers at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.
4. Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Promoter.
5. Other terms and conditions stated in Cognitix's website www.cognitix.id and displays at all our authorized agents and box office are also applicable.
6. For other terms and conditions, please refer to the venue and promoter website.
7. This e-vouchers should be redeemed with the original tickets on the day before event is held
8. Cognitix is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Cognitix also not responsible for risk of loss and or title for gift vouchers, which transmitted electronically to other purchaser upon electronic transmission to the recipient.

I have read and fully understood the terms and condition of the ticket purchase at the terms and condition also applies to physical ticket. I understand and agree to be bound by law to the terms and condition stated on the website, and also the age restriction (also stated on the website).

• This is an 18+ event! It is your responsibility to enquire about age restriction for this event. We cannot be held liable for your failure to comply with age restriction imposed.
• E-voucher and valid photo ID must be shown for each name written in e-voucher to redeem the ticket.
• For credit card user, please be sure to bring the credit card used to purchased your tickets and your valid ID card (Name appears must match with e-voucher).
• E-voucher can only be redeemed on 9 and 10 September 2017, further information about location and time will be inform in the near future. 
• We are not responsible for the loss or theft of tickets that have been redeemed by client.
• No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace tickets that have been lost or stolen after they have been redeemed, and nor will such tickets be refunded.
• We will refuse entry to guests who are intoxicated, clearly affected by drugs or deemed unfit for entry. Any guests found to possess illegal subtances, weapons and/or other prohibited items will also be refused entry. Anyone found carrying these items will be reported to the police immediately. No refunds will be given.
