  1. ticket processing;
  2. event and show organisation;
  3. promoting and marketing any events or shows of Cognitix or its trusted partners (including any promoter or owner of an existing or prospective venue, show or event) via mail or electronic mail, including sending subscribed for newsletters or other communications in connection with any promotion, event, show, survey or offer;
  4. carrying out any billing, cancellation, postponement, refund of tickets or any event or show;
  5. complying with applicable laws and legal requirements and requests from government authorities or regulators of Cognitix or its trusted partners (including any promoter or owner of an existing or prospective venue, show or event); and
  6. any and all activities that may be relevant, or incidental to the foregoing, including contacting a User or a representative of the User to provide updates on an event, show or venue, appointing service providers, and transferring personal data anywhere in the world.

To the extent that any of the foregoing purposes involves Cognitix disclosing any such personal data to a third party or Cognitix related corporation or service provider (whether in Singapore or elsewhere), including a promoter or owner of a venue, show or event, each User hereby agrees to such disclosure by Cognitix, and that each such party may collect, use and disclose such personal data for such purposes, in Singapore or elsewhere.

In general, Cognitix will only collect, use or disclose personal data of a User relevant to the purpose. For example, Cognitix would usually only collect names and email addresses of Users who subscribe to Cognitix newsletters,

Cognitix will take reasonable security arrangements to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Disclaimer and Data Protection Policy, and to protect such data against unauthorised access to or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction.

These terms and conditions do not apply to the practices of third parties that Cognitix does not own, control or employ.

Indonesia law shall govern these terms and conditions and all disputes arising in connection with such sale shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesia courts.
